On 27 Jun 10 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks requested a warrant for Keshia R.
Tillis, age 23, 34663 State Route 7, Pomeroy, for violating the terms of
a protection order. Earlier in the morning, Joshua R. Dunn, age 25, 611
Fourth Street, New Matamoras, reported Ms. Tillis phoned him in
violation of a protection order he obtained as a result of a prior
domestic dispute. Questioned by Deputy Smeeks, Ms. Tillis stated she
phoned Mr. Dunn because he phoned her first. Deputy Smeeks viewed Mr.
Dunn’s mobile phone call history and was unable to substantiate Ms.
Tillis’ claim.
On 29 Jun 10 Ashley L. Dunn, age 24, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 2F, New Matamoras, reported she was away from her apartment between 9:45 and 10:15 the previous evening and sometime during that period an unknown suspect(s) entered her apartment through a second story window. Ms. Dunn said the suspect(s) pried open a lockbox and stole a pocket watch, two Sacagawea dollars and a diamond and sapphire pendant. This case remains under investigation.
Mark Steven Hendrix, age 54, 906 Park Avenue, New Matamoras, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hendrix was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 12:23 am.
Sherman Lee Larrimore Jr., age 28, 1206 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Larrimore was arrested at the Adult Parole Authority office by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 1:43 pm.
